Xóa tài khoản Slomii

Bạn có thể yêu cầu xóa ngay trong Ứng dụng, hoặc yêu cầu xóa tài khoản Slomii và dữ liệu liên quan qua email nếu không thể đăng nhập.

Cách 1: Xóa trong Ứng dụng

1. Đăng nhập Slomii.
2. Mở “Cài đặt”.
3. Chọn “Xóa tài khoản”, đọc thông tin và xác nhận xóa vĩnh viễn.

Không thể khôi phục sau khi xác nhận; bạn sẽ mất quyền truy cập tài khoản cũ, trò chuyện, ảnh, nội dung trong phòng và xu.

Cách 2: Gửi yêu cầu khi không thể đăng nhập

Dùng email đã đăng ký Slomii gửi đến pilloweek.course@gmail.com, ghi tiêu đề “Yêu cầu xóa tài khoản Slomii”, đồng thời nêu phương thức đăng nhập và thông tin tài khoản để đối chiếu. Để bảo vệ tài khoản, chúng tôi có thể yêu cầu xác minh hợp lý. Không gửi mật khẩu, mã SMS hoặc đầy đủ thông tin thanh toán. Sau khi xác minh, chúng tôi thường hoàn tất trong 30 ngày; nếu pháp luật yêu cầu giữ một số hồ sơ, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo.

Dữ liệu được xóa

Tài khoản, hồ sơ, vị trí, ảnh, trò chuyện và âm thanh, nội dung phòng, tương tác xã hội, mã thông báo đẩy, trạng thái trò chơi và dữ liệu tài khoản khác do chúng tôi kiểm soát sẽ bị xóa khỏi dịch vụ đang hoạt động. Firebase Authentication và tệp phương tiện trên đám mây được đưa vào hàng đợi xóa ngay; lỗi dịch vụ tạm thời sẽ được tự động thử lại.

Thời hạn lưu giữ và ngoại lệ

• Bản sao lưu Cloud SQL được giữ tối đa 7 ngày rồi luân chuyển.
• Bản sao lưu Firebase Authentication có thể mất tối đa 180 ngày để loại bỏ theo quy trình của Google.
• Dữ liệu sự kiện Analytics được lưu 2 tháng, dữ liệu người dùng 14 tháng; Crashlytics lưu 90 ngày.
• Dữ liệu tối thiểu đã che hoặc khử định danh cho chương trình giới thiệu được lưu 90 ngày.
• Apple, Google Play và RevenueCat có thể lưu hồ sơ giao dịch theo luật và chính sách riêng.

Delete your Slomii account

You can request deletion immediately in the App, or request deletion of your Slomii account and associated data by email if you cannot sign in.

Option 1: Delete in the App

Path: Settings → Delete Account.

1. Sign in to Slomii.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete Account, read the notice, and confirm permanent deletion.

Deletion cannot be undone after confirmation. You will lose access to the former account, chats, photos, room content, and credits.

Option 2: Submit a request if you cannot sign in

From the email used for Slomii, write to pilloweek.course@gmail.com with “Slomii account deletion request” in the subject, your sign-in method, and account details we can verify. To protect the account, we may request reasonable identity verification. Never send a password, SMS code, or complete payment details. After verification, we generally complete the request within 30 days; if law requires specific records to be kept, we will explain that exception.

Data that is deleted

Account, profile, location, photos, chats and audio, room and social activity, push tokens, game state, and other account data under our control are deleted from the active service. Firebase Authentication and cloud media are queued for immediate cleanup; temporary service failures are retried automatically.

Retention periods and exceptions

• Cloud SQL backups are retained for up to 7 days before rotation.
• Firebase Authentication backup removal may take up to 180 days under Google’s process.
• Analytics event data is retained for 2 months and user data for 14 months; Crashlytics is retained for 90 days.
• Minimum masked or de-identified referral-program records are retained for 90 days.
• Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat may retain transaction records under law and their own policies.
