歡迎使用 Duyen House（以下稱「本 App」）。本 App 由 Pilloweek（公司法定名稱待確認） 營運。我們重視你的隱私，本政策說明我們收集哪些資料、如何使用與保護，以及你擁有的權利。使用本 App 即表示你同意本政策所述的作法。
本 App 透過 Google Firebase Authentication 提供登入，支援手機號碼驗證、Google 帳號與 Apple ID 登入。我們會取得你的手機號碼或電子郵件，以及一組帳號識別碼。我們不會儲存你的密碼 —— 密碼由 Firebase 全權管理。
你在建立與編輯檔案時提供的資訊，例如：暱稱、生日、性別、自我介紹、身高、職業、學歷、家鄉、家庭計畫、興趣標籤，以及「真心話」問答內容。其中部分會顯示在你的公開檔案與房間中；生日與性別不會直接公開給其他用戶。
為了幫你找到附近的緣分，本 App 會在你使用「尋找緣分」時取得你的地理座標（經緯度）。你的精確座標不會提供給其他用戶 —— 其他人只會看到你與他之間的「距離（公里）」以及你的城市。
你上傳的照片（最多 6 張）會儲存於 Google Cloud Storage，並顯示在你的檔案與房間相簿中，可能依你的隱私設定對特定用戶開放。
你在本 App 中的互動內容，例如：聊天訊息、房間留言、心情牆貼文、送出或收到的咖啡與愛心、澆花、緣分值、遊戲紀錄等，用於提供社交功能與維護服務。
為維護服務運作，我們會記錄登入時間、最後上線時間等基本使用資訊。
我們不會將你的個人資料販售給第三方，也不會用於第三方廣告。
本 App 建構於 Google Cloud 平台，使用下列 Google 服務來營運：
你的資料因此儲存於 Google Cloud 的伺服器。除上述基礎設施外，本 App 目前未整合第三方廣告、數據分析或行銷追蹤服務。
你的資料儲存於 Google Cloud 的資料中心，可能位於你所在國家／地區之外。我們依賴 Google Cloud 提供的安全與合規措施保護跨境傳輸的資料。
我們在你使用本 App 期間保存你的資料。你可以隨時於 App 的「設定」中刪除帳號；帳號刪除後，我們會移除或匿名化與你相關的個人資料，但法律要求保存的部分除外。
你有權查詢、更正、刪除你的個人資料，或撤回先前的同意。多數操作可直接在 App 內完成；其他需求可透過下方信箱與我們聯繫。
我們採用業界標準的傳輸加密，登入與身分驗證由 Google Firebase 管理，密碼不會儲存於我們的伺服器。然而，沒有任何網路傳輸或儲存方式能保證百分之百安全。
本 App 為交友服務，僅供年滿 18 歲之成年人使用。我們不會在知情的情況下收集未滿 18 歲者的個人資料。
我們可能不定期更新本政策。重大變更時，我們會更新本頁面的「最後更新」日期，並於適當情況下另行通知。

Chào mừng bạn đến với Duyen House (sau đây gọi là “Ứng dụng”). Ứng dụng được vận hành bởi Pilloweek (tên pháp lý cần xác nhận). Chúng tôi coi trọng quyền riêng tư của bạn. Chính sách này giải thích chúng tôi thu thập dữ liệu gì, sử dụng và bảo vệ ra sao, cùng các quyền của bạn. Việc sử dụng Ứng dụng đồng nghĩa bạn đồng ý với các thực hành nêu trong chính sách này.
Ứng dụng đăng nhập qua Google Firebase Authentication, hỗ trợ xác thực số điện thoại, tài khoản Google và Apple ID. Chúng tôi nhận số điện thoại hoặc email của bạn cùng một mã định danh tài khoản. Chúng tôi không lưu mật khẩu của bạn — mật khẩu do Firebase quản lý hoàn toàn.
Thông tin bạn cung cấp khi tạo và chỉnh sửa hồ sơ, ví dụ: biệt danh, ngày sinh, giới tính, giới thiệu bản thân, chiều cao, nghề nghiệp, học vấn, quê quán, kế hoạch gia đình, sở thích và các câu trả lời “lời thật lòng”. Một phần sẽ hiển thị trên hồ sơ và căn phòng công khai của bạn; ngày sinh và giới tính không hiển thị trực tiếp cho người dùng khác.
Để giúp bạn tìm duyên ở gần, Ứng dụng lấy tọa độ địa lý (kinh độ, vĩ độ) khi bạn dùng tính năng “Tìm duyên”. Tọa độ chính xác của bạn không được cung cấp cho người dùng khác — họ chỉ thấy “khoảng cách (km)” giữa bạn với họ và thành phố của bạn.
Ảnh bạn tải lên (tối đa 6 ảnh) được lưu trên Google Cloud Storage và hiển thị trên hồ sơ, album trong phòng của bạn, có thể mở cho một số người dùng tùy cài đặt riêng tư.
Nội dung tương tác của bạn trong Ứng dụng, ví dụ: tin nhắn, bình luận trong phòng, bài đăng tường tâm trạng, cà phê và tim đã gửi/nhận, tưới hoa, điểm duyên phận, lịch sử trò chơi — dùng để cung cấp tính năng xã hội và duy trì dịch vụ.
Để duy trì dịch vụ, chúng tôi ghi nhận thời điểm đăng nhập, thời điểm trực tuyến gần nhất và các thông tin sử dụng cơ bản.
Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn cho bên thứ ba và không dùng cho quảng cáo của bên thứ ba.
Ứng dụng được xây dựng trên nền tảng Google Cloud, sử dụng các dịch vụ Google sau để vận hành:
Do đó dữ liệu của bạn được lưu trên máy chủ Google Cloud. Ngoài hạ tầng nêu trên, Ứng dụng hiện chưa tích hợp dịch vụ quảng cáo, phân tích dữ liệu hay theo dõi tiếp thị của bên thứ ba.
Dữ liệu của bạn được lưu tại các trung tâm dữ liệu của Google Cloud, có thể nằm ngoài quốc gia/khu vực của bạn. Chúng tôi dựa vào các biện pháp bảo mật và tuân thủ của Google Cloud để bảo vệ dữ liệu truyền xuyên biên giới.
Chúng tôi lưu giữ dữ liệu trong thời gian bạn sử dụng Ứng dụng. Bạn có thể xóa tài khoản bất cứ lúc nào trong phần “Cài đặt”; sau khi xóa, chúng tôi sẽ gỡ bỏ hoặc ẩn danh dữ liệu cá nhân liên quan đến bạn, trừ phần pháp luật yêu cầu lưu giữ.
Bạn có quyền truy vấn, chỉnh sửa, xóa dữ liệu cá nhân hoặc rút lại sự đồng ý trước đó. Hầu hết thao tác có thể thực hiện trực tiếp trong Ứng dụng; các yêu cầu khác vui lòng liên hệ qua email bên dưới.
Chúng tôi áp dụng mã hóa đường truyền theo tiêu chuẩn ngành; việc đăng nhập và xác thực do Google Firebase quản lý, mật khẩu không lưu trên máy chủ của chúng tôi. Tuy nhiên, không có phương thức truyền tải hay lưu trữ nào an toàn tuyệt đối 100%.
Ứng dụng là dịch vụ hẹn hò, chỉ dành cho người từ 18 tuổi trở lên. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân của người dưới 18 tuổi.
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này theo thời gian. Khi có thay đổi quan trọng, chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật ngày “Cập nhật lần cuối” trên trang này và thông báo thêm khi thích hợp.

Welcome to Duyen House (the “App”). The App is operated by Pilloweek (legal name to be confirmed). We value your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
The App uses Google Firebase Authentication for sign-in, supporting phone number verification, Google, and Apple ID. We receive your phone number or email and an account identifier. We do not store your password — passwords are managed entirely by Firebase.
Information you provide when creating and editing your profile, such as: nickname, birthday, gender, bio, height, occupation, education, hometown, family plans, interest tags, and your answers to “heart-to-heart” prompts. Some of this appears on your public profile and room; your birthday and gender are not shown directly to other users.
To help you find someone nearby, the App obtains your geographic coordinates (latitude/longitude) when you use “Find Your Fate.” Your precise coordinates are never shared with other users — others only see the “distance (km)” between you and them, and your city.
Photos you upload (up to 6) are stored on Google Cloud Storage and shown on your profile and room album, and may be visible to certain users depending on your privacy settings.
Your interactions within the App, such as: chat messages, room comments, mood-wall posts, coffees and hearts sent or received, watering flowers, fate scores, and game history — used to provide social features and maintain the service.
To keep the service running, we record basic usage information such as sign-in times and last-online times.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and do not use it for third-party advertising.
The App is built on Google Cloud and uses the following Google services to operate:
Your data is therefore stored on Google Cloud servers. Apart from this infrastructure, the App currently integrates no third-party advertising, analytics, or marketing-tracking services.
Your data is stored in Google Cloud data centers, which may be located outside your country/region. We rely on Google Cloud's security and compliance measures to protect data transferred across borders.
We retain your data while you use the App. You may delete your account at any time in the App's “Settings”; after deletion, we remove or anonymize your personal data, except where the law requires retention.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to withdraw prior consent. Most actions can be done directly within the App; for other requests, contact us at the email below.
We use industry-standard encryption in transit; sign-in and identity verification are managed by Google Firebase, and passwords are not stored on our servers. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
The App is a dating service intended only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page and provide additional notice where appropriate.
