常見協助
- 購買或代幣：請附商店平台、商品與大約購買時間；付款退款仍由 App Store 或 Google Play 處理。
- 檢舉與安全：可使用 App 內的檢舉與封鎖功能；若無法登入，請寄信說明。
- 刪除帳號：登入 App 後前往「設定」並選擇「刪除帳號」，即可永久刪除帳號。

- Báo cáo và an toàn: dùng tính năng báo cáo và chặn trong Ứng dụng; nếu không thể đăng nhập, hãy liên hệ qua email.
- Xóa tài khoản: đăng nhập, mở “Cài đặt” và chọn “Xóa tài khoản” để xóa vĩnh viễn.

Please include your device platform, App version, the approximate time of the issue, and steps to reproduce it. Never send a password, SMS verification code, or complete card or bank details.
Common support topics
- Purchases or credits: include the store, product, and approximate purchase time. Payments and refunds remain handled by the App Store or Google Play.
- Reports and safety: use the in-App report and block tools. If you cannot sign in, contact us by email.
- Account deletion: sign in, open Settings, and choose Delete Account to permanently delete your account.
